Ehrman Mansion- Sugar Pine Point

At the outset, I should say that I was initially reluctant to get a wedding coordinator. In my mind, it seemed a bit of a stretch to hire a vendor that costs quite a bit of money and to cede the planning for such an important day to another person.I was wrong.My fiancé and I held an off-site ceremony and reception at the Ehrman Mansion in the Sugar Pine Point State Park, on the west side of Tahoe. Given that it was an off-site location, there were so many additional details that required our attention that Felicia notified us about and then took control of (in a good way). Although we did not always agree with all of her suggestions (she's sort of a "throw it at the wall and see what sticks" kind of person), she was always extremely receptive to our input and never gave us any pushback if we decided to take another route. She fixed issues the day of that we weren't even aware of until after the fact, which made our day all the better. Felicia is friendly, hardworking, and we would wholeheartedly suggest her for you wedding coordination needs. Felicia Gantar was worth every penny. Ritz Carlton- Highlands

Felicia was fabulous!!!! actually, better than fabulous. I am currently in a surgical fellowship in Pennsylvania and did not make it to California during the planning due to my work schedule... Felicia took care of EVERYTHING!!!!! The best part was that I got to enjoy the wedding weekend with my friends and family and just show up to the wedding... I did not have to worry about anything.I am not sure if you have decided on other vendors- but I used Hattie Reed (florist), Ciprian (photography), Brian Hess (band/DJ), and got the photobooth from Reno photobooth (Jo is awesome).I used very little of the in-house stuff from the Ritz Carlton- Felicia made sure I got the best deals on everything (tables, chairs, chargers, linens, lighting, lounge area, cocktail area, etc)- and coordinated all of the dropped off items/setup/pickups. She even made me the cutest aspen log cake stands!!!And to top it off, 2 weeks before the wedding I decided to have a surprise baby shower/breakfast for a friend the morning of the wedding, and she took care of that as well!I hope you love your wedding as much as I did!!!! They were amazed (when they first got there they thought there was no way it could be ready on time....and they were blown away when it was!) It really was totally amazing! Felicia - Thank you so much - you made "our day" simply wonderful. Between you and Hattie everything was so much better than I could have even imagined.
